FILA offers a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and certain accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
